Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Voice/Chat Process)
About the Role
- This is a 24/7 rotational shift role for both male and female candidates.
- Requires flexibility to work in any shift.
- The work schedule is 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduate
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in calling or customer service.
- Freshers are also welcome.
- Candidates must be comfortable with rotational offs.
