About the Role
- Sourcing Secured/Unsecured Loan cases.
- Achieving monthly targets.
- Generating business from DSA channel.
- Calculating customer eligibility before processing the file.
- Presenting cases to the Credit Team and following up until disbursement.
- Empanelment of new DSAs to generate more business.
- Providing end-to-end resolution to the client as well as DSA to reiterate client loyalty and ensuring committed service levels.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders both within the sales team and at the credit processing unit.
- Ensuring both portfolio acquisition numbers and portfolio quality targets are met.
