About the Role

We are looking for detail-oriented professionals to join The International Banking sales process, referred to as voice sales support, which focuses on handling customer interactions through voice calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through voice calls.
• Assist customers with sales-related queries and service information.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Follow sales processes and standard operating procedures.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
• Meet productivity, customer satisfaction, and accuracy targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Minimum 6 months of any international BPO experience.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to handle international voice calls support tasks.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling financial/customer information.
• Good written communication and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed process guidelines.
• Ability to work in a high-volume transaction-processing environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate / Graduate.

Work Details

• Working Days: 5 Days Working Week
• Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs
• Cab Facility: One-way cab facility for night shifts only. Free night transport for women employees (7 PM-7 AM). Male employees may be charged ₹75 per trip.

Compensation

• CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA
• Approximate take-home: ₹30,400/month
• Monthly Incentives: Up to ₹2,500 based on performance.
