About the Role
Bluewings Consultancy is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives for banking-related sales. Candidates should have good Hindi communication skills and an interest in selling financial products, including credit cards and loans.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote banking and financial products.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Explain credit card offers, loan products, and other banking services to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain customer details and update sales records.
- Follow company guidelines and banking sales procedures.
Qualifications
- Candidates aged 18–40 years.
- Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Interest in telesales, banking sales, credit cards, and loan products.
- Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days are preferred.
