Engineer Intern

About the Role

The Engineer Intern role at Techno Air Systems is a full-time, on-site position based in West Delhi. This role offers practical exposure to consulting assignments and engineering applications in real-world business environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior consultants and engineers in data collection, analysis, and documentation for client projects.
• Prepare technical reports and process maps.
• Assist in workflows and layout designs.
• Contribute to quality and performance improvement studies.
• Support implementation of methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean Management under supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in client meetings when required.
• Help maintain project records and presentations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational technical skills in engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related fields).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including data interpretation, basic statistical understanding, and process analysis.
• Knowledge or interest in quality and performance improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, TQM, or TPM.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Ability to create clear technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or completion of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field would be beneficial.
• Relevant skills such as effective communication, teamwork, time management, and attention to detail would be beneficial.
