About the Role
Rivera Manpower Services is hiring enthusiastic candidates for multiple processes, including Voice, Non-Voice, Customer Support, Banking, Chat Support, KYC/Payments, and Technical Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails.
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve customer concerns.
- Assist customers with banking, loan, and credit card queries.
- Perform backend operations and data management.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and process quality.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
