About the Role
The Web Development Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting the design, development, and maintenance of web applications. This internship is designed to provide practical experience in modern web development while contributing to real client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with front-end and back-end coding.
- Debug issues.
- Implement responsive layouts under the guidance of senior developers.
- Integrate APIs.
- Contribute to improving user interfaces and experiences.
- Participate in code reviews and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to refine features, test functionality, and apply best practices in performance and security.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills in Web Development and Front-End Development, including familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Skills in Back-End Web Development, such as working with server-side languages, databases, and APIs.
- Skills in Web Design, including basic understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Basic knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and an interest in agile development practices.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow coding standards, and adapt to feedback from mentors and peers.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or completion of a relevant program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
