About the Role
You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical. You will determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. Your work will contribute to boosting vendor compliance, cutting savings erosion, improving discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirming pricing and terms prior to payment.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the accounting of goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
- Oversee the end-to-end order sequence of procurement and financial processes.
- Design and implement strategies to transform the Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) function.
- Lead the implementation of differentiated and competitive S&P capabilities, processes, technologies, and organizations.
- Manage and support accounts payable activities by applying relevant processes, policies, and applications.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices.
- Manage purchase and non-purchase orders.
- Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
