About the Role

At TELUS Digital, we are looking for freelancers to help make the internet a safer place. Your job is to use your understanding of human behavior and mental health to check if AI-generated content is safe, helpful, and responsible. You are the "Human Compass" that helps the AI understand people better.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety Reviews: Review content flagged as potentially risky or harmful and decide if it follows safety rules.
• Behavior Analysis: Analyze AI interactions with users to identify biased or unfair behavior.
• Risk Reporting: Identify "gray areas" where AI might give bad advice and suggest safer responses.
• Mental Health Awareness: Ensure the AI recognizes and handles sensitive topics with care.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Native-level proficiency in your primary language to understand cultural and emotional communication.
• Basic (B1) English proficiency to read project guides and safety rules.
• Ability to understand how people feel and spot risks.

Qualifications

• Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Assessment: Must pass a subject-specific qualification exam and complete ID verification.

Payment

• Pay rates range from $20 - $50 USD per hour.
• Payment terms are defined for each project.
