About the Role
The Analyst Trainee will support project teams in analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and contributing to the design of digital solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad, requiring consistent coordination with cross-functional teams and a strong interest in technology and business analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and organize data.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Assist in requirement analysis.
- Support testing and validation of features for web applications, e-commerce platforms, and SaaS products.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet client expectations and align with project objectives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic understanding of software development concepts, web technologies, or SaaS products.
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and documentation tools.
- Interest in UI/UX, digital products, or business automation is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and business requirements.
- Capability to prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and client use.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
