About the Role

The Sales and Marketing Intern role at Iroir is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Allahabad Area. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales processes, marketing practices, and professional communication in a business setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day sales activities, including engaging with prospective customers, presenting offerings, and assisting in follow-ups to help close deals.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives by participating in campaigns, gathering market insights, and helping create basic promotional materials.
• Coordinate with team members.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Provide customer support as needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Allahabad Area.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts or willingness to learn quickly.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and team members.
• Strong Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and support a positive client experience.
• Sales skills to assist with prospecting, product/service presentations, and follow-up activities.
• Training and Sales Management exposure or interest to support sales routines, learn structured processes, and assist in basic reporting.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
