Location: Bangalore (Hybrid with regular travel)
Key Responsibilities
- Build Corporate Partnerships: Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with companies, HR/CSR teams, recruiters, and business leaders to create internship and recruitment opportunities.
- Manage Student Recruitment: Screen student CVs, coordinate with internal teams to strengthen profiles, and manage the end-to-end interview process (from sharing profiles to final outcomes).
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the bridge between students, recruiters, and internal program teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
- Track & Execute: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, document key conversations, and ensure opportunities translate into actual student outcomes.
- Travel & Engage: Regularly travel for partner meetings, company visits, and student/college engagements.

- Execution-oriented, detail-oriented, and persistent with follow-ups.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and travel.
