Client Servicing - Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with clients, understand briefs, plan and manage campaigns, conduct monthly evaluations, and execute solutions to enhance brand position.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of assigned brand accounts, including brand values, product/service offerings, short-term and long-term goals, current and future plans, and target audiences.
- Apply knowledge of digital and mainline marketing, effective targeting, and design thinking to Content Marketing, SEO, SEM, and Analytics.
- Strategize monthly digital marketing plans to meet brand objectives based on client briefs.
- Uphold brand design aesthetics and endeavor to elevate brand imagery.
- Set project timelines based on brand priorities and manage client expectations by providing updates on activities.
- Report brand performance to the client and identify learnings for implementation.
- Gather regular feedback from clients on work quality and areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for integrated services for existing clients.
- Pitch ideas with excellent presentation skills.
- Identify opportunities within teams to take up more business/projects.
