About the Role
Content Creation Intern (Photo, Video & Reels) at Quirky Jewellery (Part of Clart Studios) in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai (On-site).
About Us
Quirky Jewellery (Part of Clart Studios) is a fast-growing jewellery brand known for fun, distinctive designs. We are scaling our organic presence on Instagram and are looking for a content creator who wants to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot product photos and videos of our jewellery: on-model shots, close-ups, and lifestyle content.
- Edit and deliver ready-to-post Instagram Reels every week, with strong hooks, on-screen text, and trending audio.
- Plan and run weekly shoot days with models and creators.
- Film street and in-store interaction videos.
- Turn trends and content ideas into reels that people save, share, and send to friends.
- Create 2–3 variations of top reels for ad testing.
- Track reel performance (reach, shares, watch time) and use insights to improve future content.
- Keep footage library organized and easy to find.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- A portfolio of reels or videos shot and edited (personal or freelance work).
- Comfortable shooting on a phone or camera, with a good eye for light, framing, and detail.
- Confident editing in IG Edits, CapCut, etc.
- Strong sense of Instagram trends, hooks, and what makes a video shareable.
- Comfortable approaching and directing people during shoots.
- Reliable, organized, and able to deliver on a weekly schedule.
Nice to Have
- Experience with fashion, beauty, or product content.
- Basic photo editing (e.g., Lightroom, Snapseed).
- Interest in jewellery, fashion, or D2C brands.
Details
- Location: On-site at our office in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai.
- Schedule: 6 days a week, 8 hours a day (10 AM - 6 PM).
- Stipend: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month.
- Duration: 4 months, with the possibility of a full-time role.
- Start Date: November 15th.
