Senior Manager Intern

About the Role

The Senior Manager Intern role is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting strategic and operational initiatives across ANR Business Consulting’s service lines. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to senior-level decision-making while contributing meaningful work that impacts client outcomes and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Track performance metrics for recruitment, virtual assistant, accounting, digital marketing, and IT projects.
• Prepare client-facing reports and presentations.
• Analyze operational data to identify process improvements.
• Support the development of scalable frameworks and best practices.
• Participate in internal meetings.
• Document action items.
• Contribute to strategic recommendations.
• Ensure timely follow-up on key priorities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in project coordination and strategic planning, including the ability to organize tasks, manage timelines, and support multi-functional initiatives.
• Skills in data analysis and reporting, such as working with spreadsheets, summarizing findings, and preparing concise presentations or dashboards.
• Skills in communication and collaboration, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and effective remote teamwork.
• Skills in business operations and process improvement, such as documenting workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending practical solutions.
• Proficiency with digital tools and remote work technologies, including productivity software (e.g., Office or Google Suite) and online collaboration platforms.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in or completion of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• Prior internship or work experience in consulting, outsourcing, or business operations is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail is beneficial.
• A proactive, self-directed work style is beneficial.
