About the Role

Hiteshi Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Agro Research Intern in Indore. This role supports the mission to empower farmers through AI-driven crop diagnostics. The intern will be responsible for diagnosing plant health issues, recommending treatments, and advising on product effects on crops. The ideal candidate possesses strong agronomy knowledge, practical field experience, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth crop research using AI and scientific sources.
• Use AI tools for literature review and research discovery.
• Analyze and validate agricultural data and research findings.
• Identify research gaps and develop research questions.
• Use AI to organize, summarize, and analyze research material.
• Prepare research reports and publication-ready content.
• Support development of research papers for national/international journals.
• Verify AI-generated information against credible scientific sources.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Agronomy, Plant Science, or Crop Diagnostics background.
• Deep understanding of plant health, diseases, and pests.
• Experience in crop monitoring and field diagnostics.
• Ability to recommend organic and chemical treatments.
• Familiarity with mobile apps and digital agriculture tools.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with AI tools for research.

Qualifications

• Fresher in Agronomy, Plant Science, or Crop Diagnostics.
