About the Role

This is a full-time remote Java - Software Engineer Intern role. This is an Unpaid Internship (No Stipend).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and testing Java-based applications under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Write clean and maintainable code.
- Work on microservices and backend components.
- Contribute to features built with the Spring Framework.
- Debug and resolve issues.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with team members through stand-ups and project discussions.
- Learn and apply software development best practices.
- Document technical work.
- Support ongoing product development initiatives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong Java and general Programming skills.
- Software Development practices.
- Working with Microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with the Spring Framework and related Java ecosystem tools.
- Basic understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow technical guidance, and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in modern technologies such as cloud platforms, AI, and data analytics is a plus.
