About the Role
The Marketing Intern at Citizenships.legal will support day-to-day marketing activities in a remote internship role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with market research.
- Help develop and refine marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to content for social media, email, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with team members to gather customer insights.
- Support basic sales outreach.
- Help maintain consistent messaging across platforms.
- Track simple performance metrics.
- Prepare reports.
- Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries under guidance from senior staff.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- SEO & SEM management.
- Comfort working in a remote, digital environment, with reliable internet access and good time-management skills.
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms and common digital marketing tools is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally in written and verbal formats.
- Ability to conduct Market Research, analyze basic data, and draw insights that inform Marketing Strategy.
- Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Marketing Strategy, including understanding of target audiences and campaign objectives.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to follow ethical and professional standards.
