About the Role

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Malad West, Mumbai. We are seeking a driven, analytical, and proactive early-career professional to join our Founder’s Office. You will work closely with the founder and leadership team on strategic and operational initiatives across functions.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous problems
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ownership, initiative, and a bias toward action
• Curiosity about how businesses operate and grow
• The ability to learn unfamiliar concepts quickly
• Attention to detail while keeping broader goals in view
• Comfort working across functions and adapting to changing priorities
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, and common productivity tools
• Good judgment when working with senior leaders or handling sensitive, high-priority tasks
• The ability to use AI tools effectively for research, analysis, automation, and execution

Education

• Pursuing or have completed an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant programs include B.Com, BBA, BAF, BMS, and equivalent degrees.
• Applicants from unrelated academic backgrounds will not be considered.
