About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position where you will develop, test, and maintain backend services and web applications using Python and related frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clean and efficient code.
- Integrate databases.
- Troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Improve application performance.
- Contribute to technical documentation.
- Learn quickly, follow best practices, and support the delivery of robust digital solutions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.
- Hands-on experience in Python.
- Back-End Web Development and Software Development skills.
- Familiarity with APIs, frameworks, and version control tools.
- Databases skills (relational or NoSQL databases).
- Ability to write queries and design efficient data models.
- Understanding of web technologies (HTTP, REST, JSON).
- Basic front-end concepts knowledge is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze requirements, debug issues, and write maintainable, well-documented code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.
- Collaborative mindset with clear written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
