Operations Intern

About the Role

College Circle AI is building an AI-powered EdTech ecosystem and seeks an ambitious, proactive, and execution-oriented Operations Intern. This role offers the opportunity to understand how an organization is built and scaled from the ground up, going beyond mere coordination to actively solve operational challenges and build foundational systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Community teams.
• Track tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and team responsibilities.
• Drive follow-ups and ensure projects move from planning to execution.
• Support day-to-day business operations and organizational priorities.
• Maintain operational trackers, documentation, reports, and internal systems.
• Coordinate meetings, Town Halls, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements to existing workflows.
• Help build SOPs, processes, and accountability systems.
• Work closely with leadership on strategic and operational projects.
• Take ownership of assigned initiatives from start to finish.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently.
• Comfort working with multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, especially Sheets, Docs, and Forms.

Qualifications

• Interest in business operations, strategy, project management, or entrepreneurship.
• Previous leadership, coordination, or startup experience is a plus.
