About the Role
As a PLM & Alfresco AMS trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in creating and updating product data and documentation using PLM software and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning and Using PLM Software: Learn how to effectively use PLM software and tools to create, update, and maintain product data and documentation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality and consistency of product information across different platforms and channels.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of product data and documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participating in the continuous improvement of PLM processes and tools.
- Application Monitoring: Continuously monitor applications and react to alerts to ensure smooth operation.
- Service Requests and Incident Handling: Receive and resolve tickets through ServiceNow and Tracker, addressing service requests and incidents efficiently.
- Adhoc Requests: Handle any adhoc requests from other applications for monitoring or support in various environments.
- Work Log Updates: Update work logs and document tasks performed in the trackers for each incident.
- KPI Fulfillment: Ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as SLA, TAT, Ageing, and Quality Audits, based on management’s expectations and guidance.
- Customer Feedback and Management Input: Align and realign actions based on customer feedback and inputs from management.
- ISO Standards Awareness: Maintain awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Technical Background: A strong technical background with professional experience is desirable.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English.
- Software Knowledge: Basic understanding of Teamcenter and CAD applications.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills and fluency in English.
