Site Civil Engineer

About the Role

Gauri Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full-time, on-site Site Civil Engineer in Delhi, OH. This role involves supervising day-to-day site activities for civil engineering and building projects, including roads, structures, and related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil works execution for roads, structures, and related infrastructure.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections.
• Monitor material usage and quality.
• Maintain daily progress reports.
• Assist in resolving technical issues.
• Support project planning and scheduling.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and clients on status, risks, and required actions.
• Oversee compliance with applicable codes, standards, and environmental and safety regulations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Understanding of civil engineering fundamentals and site execution skills.
• Knowledge of RCC works, structural systems, and construction materials.
• Project planning and coordination abilities, including basic scheduling, resource tracking, and progress reporting.
• Quality assurance and control skills, including interpreting drawings and specifications, conducting inspections, and documenting compliance.
• Health, safety, and environmental awareness, with the ability to apply safety procedures and support a safe worksite.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software: AutoCAD, MS Office, basic project management tools.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Prior experience in infrastructure or building projects is preferred.
• Entry-level candidates with strong technical aptitude may also be considered.
