About the Role
HOWL is looking for an HR Intern to support the HR team with daily tasks and ongoing recruitment. This is an opportunity to learn about recruitment and operations within Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Support hiring across multiple teams within the agency.
- Source and reach out to potential candidates through job platforms, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain hiring trackers, candidate records, and ATS updates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process moves smoothly.
Qualifications
- 0-1 year of experience or internship experience in recruitment/HR.
- Prior experience or exposure to hiring in an advertising, marketing, or agency environment will be preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
