About the Role

Cranial Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing/Assembly/Warehouse Team Member to join their team in Chandler, AZ. This role is integral to the fabrication process of the DOC Band®, a custom-made cranial orthotic product for babies. The position offers an opportunity to work in a clean, invigorating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate the DOC Band® and contribute to the manufacturing of this pediatric cranial shaping orthosis.
• Depending on the specific opening, responsibilities may include:
• HAAS Milling Operation
• Vacuum Forming
• Finishing
• Shipping

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a full-time position
• Experience in Manufacturing, Production, or Assembly is a bonus, but not required, as training will be provided.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Work Monday - Friday, with no shift work, no nights, and rare weekend work.
• Typical schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM or 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM.
• Training period: Typically 4-6 weeks.
• Work is performed indoors in a fabricating area located in Chandler, AZ.

Compensation

• Position starts at $17 an hour, with opportunity for increase based on performance.
