Junior Creative Writer & Brand Marketer

About the Role

• Designation: Content Writer and Brand Strategist
• Location: DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon (Work-from-office only)
• Timings: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Work Schedule: 5.5 day week (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)
• Annual Leave: 21 days
• Holiday Calendar: 25 Festival-based leaves in 2026
• Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹45,000 per month
• Increment Frequency: Twice every year

Key Responsibilities

• Write compelling content and copywriting for products, portfolios, brand stories, websites, campaigns, blogs, emailers, brand collaterals, and social media posts (carousels, stories, reels), as well as presentations for clients.
• Work on Canva and visual aids AI tools for posts, stories, presentations, web images, and graphics.
• Implement best practices for social media content, ads, SEO, marketplaces, websites, events, and brand collaterals.
• Communicate with SEO, social media, web, content, and creative teams for seamless delivery of content.
• Assist the manager with research, photo-shoots, and brand events.
• Post on Social Media channels for all clients regularly.
• Manage social media accounts during office hours and out-of-office hours based on weekend and festive schedules.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Awareness of current social media formats and content trends.
• Versatility in tone: formal, conversational, witty, emotional.
• Experience with Canva for simpler graphics.
• Familiarity with copy check tools like Grammarly, Copyscape, Readable, Undetectable, or similar platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in English Honours / Mass Communication / Literature from a reputed institution.
• Prior internship or full-time role at a reputed advertising, PR, or digital marketing agency.
• Preference for candidates residing in Gurgaon or within 5 km of Gurgaon.

Note: An agency role demands adaptability, longer hours, tighter timelines, and multi-tasking.
