Corporate Relations Associate

About the Role

The Corporate Relations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, understanding their talent and skill needs, and aligning Crio.Do’s programs and outcomes with those requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outreach, schedule and conduct meetings with corporate partners.
• Coordinate partnership activities and support corporate events and collaboration initiatives.
• Prepare proposals and presentations.
• Track partnership performance.
• Gather feedback from partners.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of joint programs.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and opportunities to expand Crio.Do’s corporate network.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfort with using productivity tools, CRM or partnership management systems, and basic data analysis tools.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate partnership opportunities, interpret data, and track performance metrics.
• Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder management, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of Finance to understand basic budgeting, revenue models, and financial implications of partnerships.
• Experience or familiarity with Due Diligence for assessing potential partners, contracts, and strategic fit.
• Understanding of Corporate Law or related regulations relevant to corporate agreements and partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, law, management, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Prior experience in corporate relations, business development, partnership management, or similar roles is preferred.
• Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
