Responsibilities
- Research and provide solutions to solve complex problems using engineering principles.
- Assist in translating specifications and requirements into engineered solutions with speed and innovation in mind.
- Review concept sketches and provide technical support or product engineering for products.
- Collaborate with the company's global team of Engineers and Designers.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an accredited university as a rising senior, graduating in 2028.
- Majoring and/or minoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study.
- Detail-oriented, organized, methodical, process-oriented thinker.
- Effective time manager - able to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Self-starter capable of working effectively independently or as part of a team.
- Possess good mechanical aptitude in the area of generating creative, simple mechanical solutions and troubleshooting existing mechanisms.
- Intent listening skills with ability to apply learnings.
- Ability to be flexible to changing business priorities.
Compensation
- $26.00/hour
