Business Analyst

About the Role

The Business Analyst – Fresher will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and support the design of effective solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting business processes.
• Prepare reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as operations, product, and technology.
• Help test proposed solutions.
• Support implementation activities.
• Contribute to continuous process optimization.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Familiarity with documentation or requirement-tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support data-driven decision making.
• Foundational Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable specifications.
• Knowledge of Business Process understanding, including mapping workflows and identifying areas for process improvement.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder interaction, and presentation abilities.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams on-site in Ahmedabad.
• Ability to manage time and tasks independently.
