Project Assistant

About the Role

The Project Assistant will support day-to-day project operations, ensuring tasks are organized, tracked, and completed on time. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area, requiring close collaboration with project managers and cross-functional teams to keep initiatives running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Prepare status reports.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Follow up on deliverables and deadlines.
• Assist with vendor and partner communication.
• Schedule meetings.
• Update project trackers.
• Support process improvements related to refurbished device sourcing, quality checks, and store or online operations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in basic office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentations) and comfort with online collaboration platforms.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail for maintaining accurate documentation, reports, and project records.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and follow structured processes.
• Interest in consumer electronics, e-commerce, or retail operations; experience in these domains is an advantage.
