About the Role
- Independent contractor (1099), fully remote, commission only.
- No salary or benefits.
- This is a hunting role.
Key Responsibilities
- Work your network first: business owners, executives, doctors, attorneys, real estate investors, and anyone you know with a big federal tax bill.
- Build your own list and start conversations: calls, texts, LinkedIn, events, referrals.
- Walk interested buyers through how the tax credit strategy works using provided data room, calculator, and opinion letters.
- Collaborate with the owner, Dan Lake, on your first deals to close them together.
What You Earn
- 11% of every client’s wire, paid within 30 days of funding.
- Example earnings based on deal size:
- A client who wires $100,000 earns you $11,000.
- A client who wires $250,000 earns you $27,500.
- Potential to earn $44,000 to $110,000 by December 31, 2026, on the deals you close.
- No cap on earnings.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience selling on commission and finding your own deals.
- Proven track record of closing five-figure deals or bigger.
- Comfortable discussing finances with successful individuals.
- Ability to identify individuals with significant tax bills or the skills to find them quickly.
- Ability to work intensely for a defined period (e.g., the next ten weeks).
- Preference for showing deal paperwork over verbal assurances.
- Access to a network of business owners, executives, and high earners.
- Ability to work remotely from anywhere.
