About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Frontier Omni Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Assist customers with travel-related queries and service requests
- Provide accurate information regarding bookings, policies, and services
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards
- Ensure adherence to quality and productivity metrics
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of customer interactions
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
- Minimum 6 months of work experience
- Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- VET & VWT Score: 60+ (Mandatory)
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM
- Typing Accuracy: Minimum 90%
- Prior experience in Travel/Airline industry will be preferred
