Job Title: Voice Process Executive (Customer Support Associate - Voice Process - Frontier Omni)
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Frontier Omni Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Assist customers with travel-related queries and service requests.
- Provide accurate information regarding bookings, policies, and services.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure adherence to quality and productivity metrics.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM.
- Typing Accuracy: Minimum 90%.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Minimum 6 months of work experience.
- Prior experience in Travel/Airline industry will be preferred.
- VET & VWT Score: 60+ (Mandatory).
Additional Information
- Working Days: 5 Days working.
- Salary: Up to 30,000 per month.
