About the Role
This role is offered under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) and provides a structured, 1-year practical, hands-on On-the-Job Training (OJT) opportunity for engineering graduates and diploma holders.
What You Will Do
- Learn the fundamentals of recruitment, including understanding job requirements and sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Review resumes, conduct initial candidate calls, and coordinate interviews, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Support talent acquisition initiatives, maintain accurate trackers and records, and provide updates on hiring progress.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfortable with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate with a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional approach to conversations.
- Genuine interest in people and Human Resources.
- Ability to learn quickly, take feedback well, and stay organized.
- Proactive, can-do attitude with a sense of ownership.
- Experience with college events, student clubs, placement coordination, or internships in HR is welcome but not required.
