About the Role
Qcept Presentations is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis to support hiring needs. This role involves candidate sourcing, outreach, screening calls, and recruitment coordination. The ideal candidate enjoys speaking with candidates, follows up consistently, and can independently manage multiple hiring processes.
What You'll Own
- Source relevant talent: Identify candidates aligned with hiring requirements through LinkedIn, job portals, industry communities, and referrals.
- Lead outbound outreach: Engage active and passive candidates through daily calls, personalized messages, and emails to introduce opportunities and generate interest.
- Conduct initial screening: Evaluate candidates' relevant experience, role fit, motivation, compensation expectations, and notice period.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines: Maintain role-specific pipelines of qualified candidates through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
- Track recruitment performance: Maintain accurate candidate records and deliver against agreed weekly outreach, screening, and shortlisting targets.
Contract Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Work arrangement: On-site - Gurugram
- Compensation: 30-40K/monthly
