AI Trainer

About the Role

The AI Trainer at SWOT Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for developing, refining, and maintaining training data used to improve AI models.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing and labeling data.
• Writing and evaluating prompts and responses.
• Ensuring outputs align with quality, accuracy, and ethical standards.
• Collaborating with technical and non-technical team members to define guidelines and document processes.
• Providing feedback to enhance model behavior.
• Researching domain-specific topics.
• Identifying edge cases.
• Continuously improving instructions and datasets to support better AI performance for client use cases.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and structure information, including strong critical thinking, logical reasoning, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills to create, review, and refine prompts, instructions, and training content.
• Comfort working with data and tools, including basic familiarity with spreadsheets, annotation platforms, and documentation systems.
• Interest in AI, machine learning, or data-driven products, with willingness to learn technical concepts and industry best practices.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and professional communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as linguistics, communications, business, computer science, or related disciplines) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in content creation, data labeling, quality assurance, or user experience research is a plus.
