About the Role

Savills is hiring a proactive Apprentice for an HR - Talent Acquisition and Operations role. This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete employee lifecycle, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, onboarding, HR processes, data management, and day-to-day coordination.

• Location: Bengaluru / Gurugram
• Tenure: 12 months (extendable basis performance)
• Stipend: INR 15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
• Assist with joining formalities, documentation, onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee/apprentice records.
• Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, HRBPs, and internal teams for timely closure of requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, HRIS updates, and other operational records.
• Support day-to-day HR activities, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate freshers with relevant internship experience in Human Resources.
• Basic understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
• A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
