Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager)

This is a full-time Assistant Store Leader Trainee role offering valuable management and leadership experience with competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
• Focus on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity to maintain high retention.
• Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash transactions and fuel transactions.
• Promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and products are in-stock.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred: Word, Excel).
• A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence.
• Maintain automotive liability insurance during course of employment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Perform repeated bending, standing, reaching.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
