About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Engineer based in Bandra.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers and project managers with day-to-day site activities.
• Monitor construction progress.
• Coordinate with contractors.
• Ensure work adheres to design specifications and quality standards.
• Review drawings.
• Support quantity estimation.
• Track materials and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely project delivery.
• Gain hands-on exposure to residential real estate development.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications using relevant tools or software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge of civil or construction engineering principles, building materials, and structural concepts.
• Basic skills in project coordination, including tracking progress, assisting with quantity estimation, and preparing site reports.
• Understanding of construction safety standards, quality control practices, and local building regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with engineers, contractors, and site staff.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn from on-site experience.
• Prior internship or entry-level experience in construction or real estate development is an advantage.
