This is an on-site, contract role based in Pune City for a Fresher Social Media Marketing position. The role is designed to help a fresher build practical experience in social media marketing while contributing to the company’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily social media activities, including drafting posts, creating basic visual content, and scheduling updates across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Help monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages under guidance.
• Support campaign execution to promote Swirlgoal Games and its titles.
• Coordinate with the design and game development teams.
• Collect performance data.
• Prepare simple reports on follower growth and content performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and basic Marketing skills to support social media messaging and brand promotion.
• Creativity Skills to assist in developing engaging content ideas and simple visual or written assets.
• Analytical Skills to interpret basic social media metrics and draw insights for improving campaigns.
• Foundational Sales and Marketing awareness to help align content with promotional objectives.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms.
• Interest in gaming.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Pune.
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
