About the Role
We are looking for a high energy and goal-driven Direct Marketing Account Executive to support our marketing and sales team in executing marketing and sales campaigns that connect directly with customers. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone interested in marketing, communications, and brand promotion, with opportunities to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support direct customer outreach efforts and maintain contact lists
- Assist in executing direct marketing campaigns (email, mailers, events, and promotions)
- Track and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and engagement metrics
- Coordinate planning with marketing materials and maintain consistency within the brand platforms (Work closely with sales, marketing, and service teams to maintain clear messaging)
- Help organize promotional, community, and retail events
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable using tablets, iPads, computers, smartphones, and tools such as email platforms and spreadsheets
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Driven to hit goals and desire to continue to gain market knowledge
