About the Role
Betterway is a full-stack chronic care platform rooted in Ayurveda. We are seeking an Operations Intern to ensure the smooth functioning of our centers, providing a seamless and stress-free experience for caregivers and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day centre operations with executives and 3rd party vendors.
- Handle inventory across the centre pharmacy.
- Oversee facilities functioning, including maintenance services and local liaisoning for the centre.
- Track medicine availability, expiry/slow-moving stock, and facility uptime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- Students who are street-smart, data-driven, and enjoy solving real-world problems.
- Freshers are welcome.
We value rigour, ownership, and eagerness to learn over prior experience.
