About the Role
Heads Up For Tails is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Sales Associate to join their growing team in Ahmedabad. This role involves overseeing all store activities in the absence of the assistant or store manager, acting as a key representative of the company brand and upholding high standards in daily operations. The primary focus is on providing exceptional customer care and achieving sales goals to meet the store's objectives for sales and profits, contributing to the mission of enhancing the lives of pets and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a fully stocked store.
- Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
- Keep up to date with product information.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proven working experience in retail sales.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Customer service focused.
- Animal Lover Preferred.
