Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting frames and lenses
- Explain product features, offers, and lens benefits
- Perform basic eye tests/vision checkups (after training)
- Maintain store hygiene, display, and inventory
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
- Handle billing, customer orders, and after-sales support
Training
- Mandatory 22 days of functional training at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
- Training covers product knowledge, sales process, customer service & eye testing
- Salary starts from Day 1 of training

Education & Experience
- Minimum 12th pass with 1 year of experience
- OR Graduation completed (Fresher can apply)
