About the Role
Chipotle is seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Crew Members. Many employees start expecting a paycheck but end up with a rewarding career, with over 80% of managers promoted from Crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare real food by hand every day in restaurants.
- Work at various stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Create a friendly atmosphere for customers.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team members)
- Desire to learn how to cook
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Must be at least 16 years old
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required.
- Experience as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook is welcomed but not necessary.
