About the Role
- Maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses.
- Monitor real-time alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center.
- Identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data.
- Coordinate emergency responses for disruptions like natural disasters or power outages.
- Collaborate with internal teams and emergency services to ensure a safe environment and restore normal operations.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required; financial relocation assistance is provided.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
- Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Qualifications
- Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
