Lead Sourcing Associate

About the Role

We are looking for LinkedIn Recruitment Associates to help us hire Campus Managers across universities in the United States. This role offers direct involvement in live hiring projects, learning modern sourcing techniques, experimenting with AI recruiting tools, and understanding global startup recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

• Research universities across the US to identify recruitment locations.
• Source potential candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
• Learn and apply Boolean search techniques to identify high-quality talent.
• Reach out to candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Screen candidates based on graduation year, field of study, and role requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records.
• Collaborate with your manager to improve sourcing strategies.
• Learn to use AI tools such as Claude and other recruiting technologies.
• Contribute ideas to enhance the hiring process.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, sales, or marketing.
• Comfortable learning LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques (prior experience is a plus).
• Curious about AI and excited to learn new recruiting tools.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Internship experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or marketing is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience may apply.
