The Operations Associate role is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting the smooth execution of day-to-day operational activities at Bytescare.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating internal workflows.
• Tracking and reporting on key operational metrics.
• Assisting with process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Liaising with cross-functional teams.
• Helping resolve operational issues.
• Ensuring timely delivery of brand protection services to clients.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting customer-facing teams with operational needs.
• Contributing to the refinement of standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a SaaS, cybersecurity, or brand protection environment is a plus.
