Housekeeping Incharge

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Incharge to oversee the housekeeping operations in our facility located in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the establishment are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain cleanliness in all areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and in good condition.
• Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
