About the Role
This role is within BDO India, a member firm of the global BDO network.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Risk Advisory across business processes such as P2P, O2C, R2R, Payroll, Inventory, and Fixed Assets.
- Perform process walkthroughs, risk assessments, and control testing.
- Review business processes, identify control gaps, and assess compliance.
- Prepare Risk Advisory working papers and document Risk Advisory findings.
- Draft Risk Advisory observations with risks and recommendations.
- Coordinate with process owners for Risk Advisory queries, management responses, and action plan implementation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good understanding of Risk Advisory and internal controls.
- Hands-on experience in Risk Advisory execution.
- Good analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- CA with 6 months of experience (preferred)
OR
- Semi-Qualified CA / MBA with 1+ years of consulting experience.
